Oral arguments went well last Thursday. Our case was third, if you listened to the hearing. Afterwards, two media outlets wrote favorably about the case: PJ Media and The Center Square.

Please continue to pray for this important case that could stop big tech companies from being immune from discriminating under the United States Constitution and states' Constitutions due to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
