Press Conference: Bay Area Church fined over $300,000, pastors facing jail time for holding in-person religious services
San Jose, Calif. -- Tyler & Bursch, LLP, in conjunction with the Advocates for Faith & Freedom, and with defendants Calvary Chapel Church in San Jose, Calif., and nearly a dozen pastors from around California will be hosting an in-person press conference to announce their opposition to Governor Newsom, The County of Santa Clara, and Santa Clara County Health Officer Sara Cody's filing of an application for temporary restraining order against them for hosting in-person religious services.
